Ordering products

Products are ordered through the online store. Add the desired products to the shopping cart, and go to checkout, where you select the delivery address, delivery method and payment method. After a successful order, the order is registered in the sales system. You will get notified of this order on the screen when ordering and by e-mail when your order has successfully received and processed. Please remember to check your e-mail’s spam folder if the order confirmation has not arrived at the e-mail address you provided within a while of ordering. It may takes some time to process your order so pleace be patient. All orders will be processed without registered customer account and data will be used only for order process and maintain customer relatins.

Products are sold by The Queen Of The Jungle Cosmetics. Product prices includes Finnish value added tax. We reserve the right to price changes.

Delivery methods

Delivery methods and prices are detailed with the order and the products are delivered in the way you choose. The delivery time from the order of the product is 2 – 7 business days in Finland and 3 – 14 days in a rest of the Europe, depending on the delivery method. (The delivery time does not apply to pre-order products, their delivery time is indicated in the product’s additional information). The delivery area is EU and products will be delivered from Oulu, Finland.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Return conditions and instructions

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to return the ordered product within 14 days of receiving the product. The product to be returned must be unopened and in salable condition as a new one. Otherwise The Queen Of The Jungle reserves the right not to refund the price of the product. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Return happens on custpomer own expenses. In Finland for return use Posti or Postnord or return it locally to our office in Oulu. From all other EU countries use Postnord or return it locally in Oulu to our office in Alaanilantie.
